Annual billing
Annual plans are 2 months free: Pro $50/year, Premium $150/year. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time from the billing portal — the remaining time on your monthly plan is credited to the annual price.
What counts as a "cloud conversion"?
Anything that runs on our backend: PDF compression, password protection, OCR, and any conversion between PDF and Office formats (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images). These count against the monthly cap.
Anything that runs in your browser does not count: Merge, Split, Rotate, Sign, and combining images into a PDF. These are free forever, on every plan.
Refunds
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Details on the refund policy page.
