Refund Policy
letsgoPDF is operated by Korel, with payments processed by Paddle.com as the merchant of record.
1. 14-day refund window
You can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first paid subscription purchase, no questions asked. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
For annual plan renewals (i.e. the second year and onward), the 14-day window applies from the renewal date — but only if no cloud-conversion or AI-feature usage has occurred against the new billing period.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@usekorel.com from the address on your account, including:
- Your account email
- The approximate date of purchase
- (Optional) Reason — useful for us, never required
We aim to process refund requests within 2 business days. The refund itself is issued by Paddle and typically appears on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. After the 14-day window
Outside the 14-day window, we generally do not issue refunds for partially-used subscription periods. However, you can cancel any time from your account's billing portal and your subscription will not renew at the next billing date — you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
4. Exceptional circumstances
We will issue full or partial refunds outside the standard window in cases of:
- Service outages that prevented you from using the features you paid for
- Accidental duplicate charges or billing errors on our end
- Unauthorised charges (please also contact your bank)

5. Statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction (e.g. EU 14-day cooling-off rights, UK Consumer Rights Act 2015). Where local law provides stronger refund protections, those apply.
